Job Description
: Candidate will be working for a MNC Pharmaceutical Company based at Thane as a Training Executive.Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be B.Sc./ B.Pharm/ MBA with minimum 1-2 years training experience in a pharmaceutical company.
- Prior sales field experience of minimum 2 years is a must. He / She should possess excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (verbal as well as written). Good basic anatomy & pharmacology knowledge is a must.
- Candidate must have good presentation skills & should be well versed with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook) & preparing Google Forms.
- Only experienced candidates with flexible mind-set & having passion for imparting training can apply.
- Imparting classroom product & field training to new sales field personnel.
- Conducting refresher training for existing sales field personnel.
- Evaluating training participants on set standard parameters.
- Updating training module based on current market trends.
- Preparing e-learning modules.
- Arranging logistics for training.
- Training database management.
- Developing innovative training initiatives.
