1. To deliver effective training programs and develop training materials which can help in staff growth
2. Responsible for induction training for new hire and conduct refresher trainings for existing staff.
3. To enhance their growth, take initiatives for staff development and staff welfare activities.
4. Evaluate the training effectiveness via feedback and initiate exam's to check internal knowledge check.
5. Training Completion and Assessment.
6. Completion of on boarding training for new joiners
7. Design and implement training calendars.
8. Enhance the training satisfaction rate.
