Collaborate with RM/AM/BM to identify training needs and penetrate within field staff to know their training requirements Plan and implement an effective training session Should be able to coach and mentor Field employees Should be able to measure trainers and new joiners’ training effectiveness during 0-30 days Provide inputs for training content updation at regular intervals basis field and branch visits Prepare training manuals, modules and training presentations Good with conducting online, classroom and branch trainings
Desired Profile:
Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication skills 1 – 2 years MFI experience Open to travel within state respectively Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing and managing time effectively Good coordination skills
