The Training Executive will plan, deliver, and manage technical and functional training programs to enhance employee skills, product knowledge, quality, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training for new and existing employees.
Deliver technical training on pump products, components, and manufacturing processes
Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives
Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and work instructions
Manage training schedules, attendance, and records
Support onboarding, safety, and compliance training
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in training or L&D within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of pump manufacturing processes and quality standards (ISO/HSE preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to independently handle end-to-end training programs

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
