Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Training Executive at ITC Hotels. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing all training programs for staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and delivery of the brand promise. The Training Executive will also ensure continuous development and improvement of programs to keep up with industry trends. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of learning and development principles and practices Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to design and develop training programs appropriate to the needs of the business and individuals Ability to evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required Minimum of a bachelor\'s degree in training and development or a related field Additional qualifications such as CPLP certification are a plus
