You will accompany trainers to sessions, set up and manage audio-video equipment, assist with recordings, and ensure everything runs flawlessly at each venue.
Set up speakers, wireless microphones, small sound mixers, amplifiers and related audio equipment.
Perform sound checks and ensure audio clarity in the training hall.
Handle technical troubleshooting on the spot.
Videography & Recording
Set up tripods, cameras and mobile rigs for event recording.
Capture training sessions as per the trainer's instructions.
Maintain video files, storage systems and backup processes.
Event Support
Assist trainers in setting up session materials, props and digital assets.
Coordinate with hotel staff/venue teams for electricity, lighting and seating.
Ensure smooth start-to-end flow of every training event.
Equipment Management
Maintain, clean and store AV equipment responsibly.
Track equipment inventory, cables, batteries and accessories.
Identify equipment needs and suggest upgrades when required.
Travel & On-Site Coordination
Travel with trainers to client locations across cities.
Ensure equipment reaches safely and is set up on time.
Act as the trainer's right hand throughout the event.
