Client Engagement Executive

to connect with them, explain our training benefits, and guide them towards enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with potential participants who have expressed interest in our training. Provide clear and confident information about our programs, highlighting key benefits. Build trust and rapport with prospects to help them make informed decisions. Achieve program sign-ups through professional and effective communication. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements

? Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an advantage).
? Pleasant and confident phone manner.
? Ability to explain high-value programs with clarity.
? Prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer service preferred.
? Goal-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
