About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with the team lead to identify gaps in recruitment process operations that recruiters face on a day-to-day basis
2. Evaluate the gaps and understand the impact they have on the day-to-day operation, as well as develop training programs to rectify the issue
3. Support the team lead in mentoring the new recruits and helping them to become a successful recruitment consultant

Requirements:

1. The ideal applicant would be a female who is willing to start her career after a break, someone who has previous experience or a passion for teaching
2. Excellent communication skills
