Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Design training modules for garment care, hygiene protocols, customer service, compliance, and leadership development.
Conduct induction, refresher, and advanced training sessions.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Franchise teams to identify skill gaps.
Maintain training records and ensure audit?ready documentation.
Provide guidance and support to franchise partners for training compliance.
Prepare and present training performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
Strong knowledge of compliance, customer service, and operational excellence.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Ability to design engaging training modules and measure effectiveness.
Proficiency in maintaining records and preparing reports for leadership.
