Job Description
Responsibilities
*Implementing employee training courses.
*conduct a development needs assessment and compose a list of training objectives
*able to budget training accurately.
*Should be able to prepare training modules /SOP's dept. wise
Qualifications MBA, MMS (HR),
Experience
3-5yrs in Training Development , organization development Pharmaceutical Machinery, Food Processing Equipment is preferable
Skill Requirement:
*Fluency in reading, writing and communication
*Computer-based training software experience
*Speech clarity & Instructional skills
*Fluency of ideas (the ability to come up with a lot of thoughts on a topic)
*Active listening
