We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Training & Development Manager

to design, implement, and manage learning programs that improve employee performance, productivity, and engagement across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing effective modules, and ensuring consistent skill development across teams.

Key Responsibilities



Identify training needs across departments through performance analysis and consultations with managers. Design and implement effective training programs for sales, customer service, and operations teams. Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees and refresher training for existing staff. Create engaging training materials, presentations, and assessments. Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements. Maintain records of training activities, participation, and outcomes. Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals. Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.

Required Skills



Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs. Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-learning tools (LMS preferred). Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Qualifications



Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in a sales or e-commerce environment.
