Job Description
Responsibility:-
- Conducting end to end training program.
- Coordinating with Maruti Team for assesment, SAT and Foundation training.
- Monitoring sales achievement of newly recruited Sales Executives.
- Responsible for getting the sales persons certified according to the Maruti Norms.
- Preparing product wise monthly training calender.
- Checking tidiness of the employees
Educational Qualification:-
- Bachelor degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Automobile sector
