Job Summary



The Training and Development Intern will support the Human Resources function by assisting in the planning, coordination, and administration of employee training and development activities. This role involves preparing training materials, organising internal and external training programs, maintaining employee skill and competency records, and supporting continuous learning initiatives across the organisation. The position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, manuals, and learning documents. Coordinate and organise internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars. Support scheduling of training sessions, managing participant lists, venues, and logistics. Maintain and update employee training records, skill matrix, and competency assessment data. Assist in conducting and documenting employee skill assessments and training effectiveness reviews. Support onboarding and induction training programs for new employees. Coordinate with internal trainers, external training providers, and HR team members. Prepare training reports, attendance records, feedback summaries, and management updates. Maintain organised and up-to-date training documentation and records. Support HR initiatives related to leadership development, compliance training, and continuous learning.

Requirements / Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.



Strong interest in training, learning & development, and people management. Good leadership potential with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word; basic Excel knowledge preferred. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet timelines. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
