Identify training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and skill gap analysis.
Plan, organize, and coordinate induction, product, and soft skill training sessions.
Prepare annual training calendars and schedules for all departments.
Coordinate with internal trainers and external agencies for specialized programs.
Track and maintain training attendance, feedback, and evaluation reports.
Assist in designing and updating training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
Maintain employee training records and ensure documentation compliance.
Support the implementation of talent development and career progression programs.
Analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Training & Development or HR roles (preferably in retail/jewellery).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methods.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for employee development.
