Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and discussions with managers
Plan, create, and execute training programs for employees across departments
Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
Maintain training attendance, feedback records, and reports
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
Assist in onboarding new employees through induction and orientation sessions
Maintain LMS platforms, training calendars, and learning content
Coordinate with external trainers, agencies, and vendors as required
Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and feedback documentation
Track skill development and maintain employee learning dashboards
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in Training, Learning & Development, or similar HR role preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles (preferred)
