Role Overview:



The Training and Development Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and professional growth in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and discussions with managers Design, organize, and conduct training programs (technical, soft skills, onboarding, compliance, etc.) Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars Prepare training materials such as presentations, manuals, and learning resources Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments Maintain training records, attendance, and reports Support employee development initiatives and career growth plans Assist in implementing learning management systems (LMS), if applicable Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and presentation skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Basic understanding of HR and learning principles Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Relevant certification in training or learning & development is a plus

Experience:



1-3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR-related roles (freshers may apply, depending on company needs)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
