Develop, update, and maintain Training Tutor Files and related records.
Design and revise training materials to align with current certification and management standards.
Create training modules for newly introduced schemes by the certification body.
Support the MD in design-related tasks and document finalizations such as TRAC, trial work, and reviews.
Review and update website content related to training schedules, tutor details, and schemes.
Maintain document control for all training-related materials in line with ISO documentation practices.
Conduct periodic web checks of MSBs to ensure compliance and updated information.
Organize and coordinate Training Organization (TO) Internal Audits and Management Review Meetings.
Coordinate with tutors regarding schedules, training materials, and performance tracking.
Maintain ATRs (Audit Training Records) and TOFs (Training Observation Forms).
Liaise with CQI and IRCA on policy matters, investigations, and collaborative activities.
Ensure consistency and professionalism in company-wide email signatures and related communication templates.
Competency Requirements:
Graduate or Intermediate (minimum) in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or training operations, preferably in a certification or training body.
Strong understanding of Business Management Systems and ISO standards
Familiarity with training and certification processes under ISO/IEC 17021-1.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and web-based platforms.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
