We are setting up a dedicated Training Department and are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead it. The
Head of Training Department
will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all training programs, faculty, operations, and business growth activities. This role requires leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on execution.
1. Training Strategy & Development
Define training roadmap aligned with organizational goals and industry needs.
Design and develop training curriculum, modules, and certification programs.
Introduce innovative learning methods (classroom, online, blended).
2. Operations Management
Oversee daily functioning of the training department.
Ensure quality delivery of training sessions.
Set up policies, SOPs, and compliance mechanisms.
3. Faculty & Team Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage qualified trainers and support staff.
Provide mentoring, performance reviews, and skill enhancement opportunities.
Build a culture of excellence and accountability.
4. Business Development & Outreach
Drive student enrollment through marketing, partnerships, and industry tie-ups.
Build relationships with corporates for customized training programs.
Ensure visibility of the training department through branding & digital presence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
