Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training programs focused on solar PV manufacturing processes, including ingots, wafers, cells, and modules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs aligned with the adoption of emerging technologies such as TOPCon and MonoPERC.

• Create customized training modules for workforce development in advanced solar technologies, ensuring alignment with Adani Solar's operational benchmarks.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using measurable outcomes and feedback mechanisms.

• Facilitate hands-on training sessions to enhance technical proficiency in solar manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Support the integration of new technologies into training curricula, ensuring workforce readiness for future technological upgrades.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in solar PV manufacturing and training delivery.

• Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery and operational efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement in training methodologies to support Adani Solar's vision of building a world-class solar manufacturing ecosystem.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical training delivery within the solar PV manufacturing or renewable energy sector.

• Proven expertise in solar technologies, including TOPCon and MonoPERC.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs for large-scale manufacturing operations.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• Advanced certifications in solar technologies or training methodologies are preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technical training delivery, with a focus on solar PV manufacturing processes.

• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for advanced solar technologies.
