Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads. Explain course details, curriculum, duration, and fee structure clearly. Convert inquiries into enrollments by effective counseling. Maintain follow-ups with prospective students. Coordinate with trainers and the academic team. Maintain student records and daily counseling reports. Assist in batch scheduling and student onboarding.
Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince and guide students. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus). Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualifications:

Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream). Minimum 6 months experience as a Training Counselor / Education Counselor preferred.
Preferred Candidate:

Experience in an institute or EdTech environment. Strong follow-up and sales skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹9,572.00 - ₹15,632.25 per month
