We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support our sales training programs. The role involves coordinating training schedules, handling participant communication, maintaining records, and assisting trainers to ensure smooth training operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day training operations and schedules.
Manage participant registrations, attendance, and feedback forms.
Support trainers and participants with logistical and technical help.
Maintain training documents, records, and reports.
Assist in preparing presentations, quizzes, and training materials.
Communicate with participants and stakeholders about sessions and updates.
Help organize both online and offline training sessions.
Skills Required:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
