Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Call and interact with clients to understand their training needs and suggest suitable programs.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Marketing & Promotion:
Promote different training programs through phone calls, emails, and social media.
Use different methods of marketing to reach out to potential clients across various industries.
Coordination & Execution:
Coordinate with trainers, participants, and internal teams for smooth scheduling and execution of training programs.
Handle pre-training and post-training activities such as registrations, attendance, feedback, and certificate dispatch.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the client and training database.
Keep a proper record of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Program Support:
Assist in planning and organizing both online and offline training events.
Ensure all logistics, communication, and documentation are completed on time.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
