Job Description

The Training Coordinator / Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering both classroom and on-the-job training programs tailored to blue-collar employees, preferably from sectors such as Laundry Services, E-commerce, Warehousing, Production, Garment, or Last Mile Logistics.

This role requires strong communication and facilitation skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu to ensure effective training delivery across diverse employee groups.

Key Responsibilities:



? Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations for employees at various levels.

? Plan and schedule sessions for new hires, refresher courses, and ongoing skill development programs.

? Organize and conduct regular training sessions for floor staff across CPU and Hub locations.

? Identify skill gaps and design targeted training initiatives to address them.

? Deliver practical and engaging training content suited to varying literacy and education levels.

? Develop assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and participant learning outcomes.

? Gather and analyze feedback to enhance training content and methodology.

? Prepare and share regular reports on employee progress and training outcomes.

? Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and performance tracking.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update training documentation and materials as per process changes.

Requirements:



Experience: 4-6 years in a similar role, focusing on floor and classroom training for blue-collar employees in industries such as laundry, logistics, e-commerce, production, or warehousing.

Industry Advantage: Prior experience in Laundry Services will be an added advantage.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.
