A Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering employee training programs to strengthen workforce performance and align learning outcomes with organizational objectives. The role serves as a bridge between management, employees, and trainers to ensure all training initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities across departments.
Design and develop training programs and materials, including onboarding sessions, technical training, leadership workshops, and compliance modules.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, manage logistics, and ensure availability of resources like venues, equipment, and trainers.
Communicate training schedules to employees and supervisors, and promote participation through regular outreach.
Maintain accurate training records, monitor attendance, and track progress against performance indicators.
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and post-training performance data to improve future programs.
Collaborate with HR, management, and subject matter experts to ensure training content meets workforce needs and business goals.
