Coordinate and manage trainer schedules and availability to ensure smooth training delivery.
Maintain accurate trackers for training sessions, trainer allocation, attendance, and feedback collection.
Facilitate effective communication between trainers, participants, management, and external stakeholders.
Support project teams by ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
Handle conflicts or disputes among stakeholders with calmness, composure, and professionalism.
Prepare and share reports on training/project progress, performance, and outcomes with management.
Assist in logistics coordination, including venue, resources, and materials for training/project execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a composed and calm demeanor under pressure.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail in maintaining trackers and reports.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracker management.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in training coordination, project management, or stakeholder management (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
Prior experience in corporate training, education management, or project coordination will be an added advantage.
