Training Coordinator (Tamil speaking)

We are looking for a dedicated

Training Coordinator

to join our Home Service team! In this role, you will be key in ensuring the phlebotomists are well-prepared and ready to start collecting samples. You'll manage their journey from interview to their very first appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

Interviewing Phlebotomists:

Conduct initial interviews with prospective phlebotomists to assess their suitability for the role.

Training Assignment:

Assign selected phlebotomists to appropriate trainers for their necessary training.

Onboarding & Support:

Guide new phlebotomists through the entire onboarding process, ensuring they have all the support needed.

First Slot Readiness:

Work closely with new phlebotomists until they successfully complete their first assigned slot.

Coordination:

Establish a working relationship with trainers, management, and other teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a coordination, training, or HR role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with phlebotomy or healthcare operations is a bonus, but not required. Ability to speak multiple regional languages (Tamil, English) must. You should live in Hyderabad, or be ready to move there.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
