Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Training Coordinator to support our Learning & Development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for recent B.Com or BBM/ MBA graduates who are interested in starting their careers in HR or corporate training. The role involves coordinating training activities, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and programs
Maintain and update training records, attendance, and evaluation forms
Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and handouts
Coordinate with trainers, participants, and vendors for training logistics
Track feedback from sessions and compile reports for improvement
Support the L&D team in planning training calendars and initiatives
Manage communication related to training sessions (emails, reminders, updates)
Ensure training venues, equipment, and materials are ready ahead of time
Requirements:
Recent graduate (B.Com / BBM/MBA ), 1-2 years experience in L&D sector
1-2 year of experience in a corporate, HR, or training coordination role (internship experience counts)
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR / L&D field
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
