Job Description

AL- Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for an organized and pro-active Training Coordinator- to plan, coordinate, manage safety training programs. The ideal candidate will handle course scheduling, student coordination, faculty support and training documentation while ensuring smooth day-to-day training operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Plan, Schedule and coordinate safety training programs (NEBOSH, IOSH, Fire & Safety, First Aid etc.. Coordinate with trainers/faculty for class schedules and availability. Coordinate exams, assessments and practical sessions.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (any discipline preferred).

1-2 years experience as training coordinator

(Safety institute experience preferred).

Knowledge of safety courses (NEBOSH, Fire & Safety, HSE) is an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good computer skills (MS office, email, basic reporting).

Ability to manage multiple batches & deadlines.

Location : Kollam
