Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update master training data and reports.
Manage e-learning platforms and conduct product knowledge tests.
Coordinate with department heads and brands for training schedules.
Organize logistics for training sessions and follow up on completion.
Prepare and share training attendance and performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Education, or related field
.
0-2 years of experience in training or coordination roles.
Strong communication, Excel, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for learning and people development.
