Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Market Training Coordinator to manage, develop, and deliver our trading education programs. The candidate will oversee scheduling, curriculum development, trainer recruitment, trainee engagement, and program evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and update stock market training modules and instructional materials in collaboration with subject experts Assess training needs through research, surveys, and performance data Schedule, organize, and facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online Manage training logistics including trainer onboarding, material distribution, and technology support Monitor and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness Recruit, mentor, and evaluate trainers; coordinate their ongoing development Report outcomes and maintain program records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
