The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all technical and behavioral training initiatives across Bodycraft Clinics. This role ensures consistent service quality, clinical excellence, and adherence to company protocols through timely training delivery, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Planning & Execution
Coordinate and schedule induction and refresher training programs for doctors, clinic managers, therapists, and front desk staff.
Manage the monthly and quarterly training calendar for all clinics.
Ensure training sessions follow SOPs and Bodycraft quality standards.
Handle training logistics, including venue setup, materials, trainer coordination, and communication.
2. Training Administration & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of attendance, feedback, certifications, and assessments.
Track completion of mandatory clinical and soft skills training programs.
Support internal audits and ensure training documentation compliance.
3. Coordination & Communication
Serve as the liaison between the Training Department, Operations Team, and Clinic Heads.
Communicate training schedules, updates, and circulars effectively.
Collect and analyze post-training feedback to drive continuous improvement.
4. Training Material & Support
Assist in preparing and distributing training aids, product knowledge content, and SOP manuals.
Liaise with internal trainers, external partners, and vendors for specialized aesthetic and dermatology-related training.
5. Quality & Compliance
Ensure all training activities align with Bodycraft's hygiene, safety, and clinical protocols.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback analysis.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and training MIS reporting.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and service quality.
Understanding of aesthetic treatments, dermatology, or clinical operations is preferred.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Science, Healthcare, or Hospitality Management.
Qualification in medical or paramedical disciplines is an advantage.
2-5 years of experience in training coordination or administration, preferably in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare.
Prior experience handling clinical or technical training programs is preferred.
