at Cloud4Green Technologies, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of training programs while actively engaging with corporates, academic institutions, and individual professionals to promote and close training deals. You will be the
face of Cloud4Green
for many clients- ensuring a seamless training experience while expanding our reach and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with corporate clients, academic institutions, and professionals to understand their training needs.
Pitch relevant training programs and close deals for
open batches, corporate workshops, and institutional partnerships
.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the
primary point of contact
.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to drive
enrollment and outreach strategies
.
Training Operations
Coordinate and schedule training sessions (online/offline), including
trainer alignment, materials, and logistics
.
Share schedules, materials, and updates with participants.
Track
attendance, feedback, and training outcomes
.
Maintain records of sessions, leads, and client interactions using
CRM and LMS tools
.
Support in creating
basic training content or promotional materials
when required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, HR, Education, or related fields
.
Experience
0-1 years
of experience in training coordination, sales, or client relationship roles.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong

Ability to

with diverse client segments.
Highly organized with
excellent time management
.
Comfortable using
CRM systems, MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
