Roles & Responsibilities
Training Operation & Management
End-to-end coordination of technical and non-technical training programs
Facilitate smooth execution of sessions including trainer & participant management
Maintain and update training calendars, attendance, and feedback reports
Engage with stakeholders, trainers, and learners confidently during connects
Support learning assessments, feedback analysis, and reporting
Partner with internal teams to manage logistical and operational aspects of L&TD initiatives
Ensure timely communication and documentation related to learning programs
Job Skill & Role Performance
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Confident in handling stakeholder connects and live session support
Familiarity with program coordination tools and MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a hybrid work setting
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
Qualifications & Experience
Post-graduate degree in any stream (preferably HR, Business, Education, or related fields)
Graduates with 2 years of experience from BBA, B.Tech backgrounds
2-3 years of experience in training coordination or specialist roles
Experience in corporate training environments preferred
