The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing the logistics, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks related to our training programs. This role plays a key part in optimizing our training schedule, ensuring timely preparation and delivery, and maintaining excellent client and participant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate training schedules, bookings, and calendar optimization to maximize trainer availability and client satisfaction.
Handle client and participant communications including session reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Prepare and distribute training materials and resources ahead of sessions.
Coordinate venue bookings and equipment logistics when required.
Collect and organize participant feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.
Assist with invoicing, reporting, and documentation related to training programs.
Proactively identify scheduling gaps and reach out to potential clients or students to fill sessions.
Support the trainer with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
Graduate with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in event coordination, training administration, or related roles is preferred.
Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRM systems, and office software (Google Workspace, MS Office).
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Passion for education, training, or personal development is a plus.
