will oversee the end-to-end coordination of training programs while actively engaging with
corporates, academic institutions, and individuals
to
promote and close training deals
. You will be the
face of Cloud4Green
for many clients, ensuring a seamless training experience while expanding our reach and client base.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales:
Proactively engage with
corporate clients, academic institutions, and individual professionals
to understand their training needs.
Pitch appropriate training programs and
close deals
for open batches, corporate workshops, and institutional partnerships.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to develop strategies to increase enrollment and outreach.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Training Operations:
Coordinate and schedule training sessions (online/offline), including trainer alignment, materials, and logistics.
Communicate session schedules, materials, and updates to participants.
Track participation, feedback, and training outcomes.
Maintain detailed records of sessions, leads, and client interactions using CRM and LMS tools.
Assist in creating basic training content or promotional materials when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in
training coordination, sales, or client relationship roles
(experience in the
IT training industry
is a bonus).
Proven track record of meeting sales or engagement targets.
Skills:
Strong
communication and negotiation
skills.
Ability to
build rapport
with diverse client segments.
Organized with excellent
time management
abilities.
Comfortable using CRM systems, basic office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), and
virtual meeting platforms
(Zoom, MS Teams).
Bonus:
