to support the planning, execution, and management of our training programs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless training delivery, maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS), and providing administrative and communication support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Training Program Management
Coordinate end-to-end training activities, including workshops, webinars, and in-house sessions.
Manage training schedules, logistics, and communication with participants.
Ensure smooth execution of training events by liaising with trainers and stakeholders.
LMS Administration
Upload, update, and maintain training courses, descriptions, materials, and assessments in the LMS.
Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Monitor learner progress and provide technical assistance when required.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of registrations, attendance, and certification status.
Manage pre-training and post-training communications with participants.
Handle documentation, reports, and filing related to training activities.
Communication & Stakeholder Relations
Act as the first point of contact for trainees, instructors, and external partners.
Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates regarding training schedules and requirements.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
Logistics & Resource Coordination
Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and handouts.
Manage virtual meeting links, technical setups, and training aids.
Ensure all resources are available for trainers and participants before each session.
Data Entry & Reporting
Compile and track training-related data, including effectiveness and participant feedback.
Assist in preparing training reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Provide insights for continuous improvement of training programs.
Marketing & Social Media Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials for training events.
Support awareness campaigns to increase training participation and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in an
administrative, coordination, or training support role
, preferably in education, training, or professional services.
Experience with
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
or similar platforms (preferred).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
abilities.
Proficiency in
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms
(Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively in a
fast-paced environment
.
