Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs across departments.
Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and documentation.
Maintain accurate training records and track attendance and performance results.
Communicate training schedules and logistics to participants and trainers.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure it is updated regularly.
Prepare reports on training activities, participation, and ROI.
Ensure all training activities are aligned with company policies, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in training coordination or human resources preferred.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
