Employee Training : 1) Gathering, compiling and approving the training needs for each employees from respective functional heads and HR head. 2) Coordinating, scheduling, organizing Trainings, Awareness Sessions and inductions. Training arrangements for internal as well as out door training. Coordination with Branch and various departments regarding Training arrangements / Claim authorization, settlement. 3) Searching of Good Trainer for various training.
Employee Training : 1) Preparing Training Budget and getting approvals. 2) Delivering Internal training modules to employees where ever required.
Content Management : 1) Process and KRA documents preparation and uploading in system. 2) Preparing Content for NJ Content, Employee Manual, etc; designing the page using System and uploading it timely. 3) Managing Communication to employees.
Competency Management: 1) Designing competency bank including assessment methodology. 2) Guiding functional team for competency mapping & evaluation.
Employee Engagement : Executing various employee engagement activities
Seconday role
Helping superior in preparing the MIS reports as and when required.
