Training Coordinator - German Language

Location Gurugram - Haryana, India

YOUR TASKS

Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions for the Global and Germany client locations. Manage classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions in the LMS. Collaborate with trainers to schedule and implement training programs effectively. Track learning interests and develop training plans for the assigned location. Create sessions, record attendance, and maintain accurate data in the LMS. Ensure timely and effective service delivery in line with global standard processes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree A certification in German language (minimum B2, ideally C1/C2 level) is mandatory Strong communication skills in German and English (verbal & written) Understanding of business requirements Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Clients Soft skills: reliability, communication skills, ability to deal with repetitive work
