o Schedule training sessions and manage attendance.
o Coordinate with external partners, service providers, and internal departments.
o Maintain records and databases related to training and placement activities.
Communication and student support:
o Communicate training opportunities and other relevant information to students.
o Support student organizations and student support programs.
o Help with orientation and onboarding for new students.
Key responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Manage and maintain the LMS, including uploading content, setting up courses, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Scheduling and coordination:
Organize and schedule online training sessions, ensuring all logistical needs for participants and trainers are met.
Content support:
Assist in the creation and updating of online training content and resources.
Student and trainer support:
Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries, providing both logistical and technical support to students and trainers before, during, and after sessions.
Record keeping and reporting:
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback, and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes for management.
Program evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online training programs using feedback and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
