What will I be doing at Ather?
- Following on the Trainer-wise calendar in LMS System
- Generating and publishing Trainer wise/Region wise/Zone Wise MIS Training reports
- Training data & Vendor Management
- Communication with various stakeholders regarding pre and post-training information.
- Training Venue booking and coordination
- Collating On Job Training Observation sheets and identifying the areas to be improved in the field.
- Publishing Sales Monthly Assessments update on a daily basis.
- Processing Bills payments.
- Supporting LMS Operations - Assigning programs, attendance
- Nominations follow-up with dealerships.
- Batch formation\xe2\x80\x93 planning.
- Training material management\xe2\x80\x93 procurement, stocking and reporting.
- Organizing transportation for various programs.
What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
- 2-3 years of experience in handling training administration.
- Should be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoints.
- Knowledge of tools such as DMS,LMS.
- Good communication skills in English and one local language/ Hindi.

- Must be well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented, Data Analysis
