The Position

As an Advanced Quality Professional/Training coordinator you will work on ISOtrain system. You will drive maintenance of ISOtrain modules, courses and profiles in ISOtrain according to local ISOtrain strategies. Furthermore, you will deliver ad-hoc training reports/analysis on ISOtrain status. Additionally, you will support knowledge management for ISOtrain. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Assign and maintain local ISOtrain courses, modules, curriculum
  • Create/maintain rosters, Job codes, profession codes
  • Liaise with business area super user for any assistance and support on ISOtrain.
  • Support the stakeholders on training administration and maintenance tasks in ISOtrain.
  • Perform peer review as and when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
  • Overall, 3-4 years of work experience in global corporate company.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in training co-ordination and/or administration.
  • Proficient with PC-tools, extensive knowledge of MS Office & Basic Presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ability to analyses data sets, Intermediate excel skills.
  • Knowledge on pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience working with different cultures and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and team player.
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations and tight deadlines.
About the department

Established in 2015, ISOtrain Administration is the first team of NNQGBS and works in close collaboration with Denmark to support Job Specific training and Training administration across NN and supports up to 50% of Novo Nordisk\'s training administration. The team also works on Process optimisation and digitalisation projects which deliver benefits to the entire training organization. At ISOTrain Operations, we document and support maintenance of ISOtrain training modules, and courses along with knowledge management while collaborating with business areas and affiliates. GxP BOT launch in April 2019 which has automated Assignment and Unassignment of trainings and has proven to be a huge success. We also own the Training Documentation Management function and Simple Training Administration (STA) tools. (STA is a framework to simplify and standardise training set up across NN and comprises GXP Tools)
