The Training and PMS Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training programs and managing the Performance Management System (PMS) within the organization. This role involves identifying training needs, organizing and scheduling training sessions, tracking and reporting training outcomes, and supporting the performance review process to enhance employee skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Coordination
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across departments.
Design and implement training programs based on assessed needs and employee feedback.
Coordinate with internal and external trainers, vendors, and consultants to facilitate training sessions.
Manage the logistics of training sessions, including venue booking, materials preparation, and scheduling.
Track and monitor training participation, progress, and effectiveness through feedback forms and assessments.
Prepare and present training reports for management, detailing training outcomes and improvement areas.
2. Performance Management System (PMS) Coordination
Support the HR Manager in executing the annual performance appraisal cycle.
Coordinate PMS timelines and communicate with departments regarding key deadlines and guidelines.
Assist employees and managers with the PMS software or forms, ensuring a smooth evaluation process.
Compile and analyze PMS data, generating reports and insights to guide decisions on employee performance and development.
Monitor the implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) and follow up with respective department heads on progress.
3. Documentation and Compliance
Maintain accurate records of all training programs, attendance, and individual employee progress.
Document performance appraisals, ratings, and feedback in compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Ensure adherence to relevant policies and guidelines in both training and PMS activities.
4. Continuous Improvement and Support
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to meet evolving organizational needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in training and performance management, introducing relevant practices into company policies.
Support other HR initiatives and special projects related to talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in training coordination and performance management.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software (such as PMS tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
