Build and maintain relationships with companies for campus placements and internships.
Arrange campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry visits.
Liaise with recruiters to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure maximum placement opportunities for students.
2. Training & Skill Development
Identify student skill gaps and plan relevant training programs.
Organize soft skills, aptitude, communication, and technical training sessions.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops.
3. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with academic departments and understand student competencies.
Serve as a point of contact between students, faculty, and recruiters.
Communicate placement rules, policies, and updates to students.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain updated placement records, student data, and company databases.
Prepare monthly and annual placement reports.
Track student progress and training outcomes.
5. Other Responsibilities
Promote industry collaboration and MoUs.
Manage internship programs and evaluate student performance.
Organize seminars, guest lectures, and career counseling sessions.
