Job Summary:

The Training and Placement Officer (TPO) will be responsible for managing student placement activities, building strong industry connections, and ensuring maximum placement opportunities for students in cybersecurity and related domains. The role involves coordinating between students, trainers, and companies to achieve successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, recruiters, and industry partners for placement opportunities. Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, and career fairs. Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and professional communication. Maintain a database of student profiles, placement records, and company contacts. Coordinate with the academic/training team to align students' skillsets with industry requirements. Prepare placement reports, analyze placement statistics, and share progress with management. Conduct career counseling and pre-placement training sessions for students. Identify new companies and industries for collaboration and internship opportunities. Ensure continuous engagement between students and employers for internships and full-time roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management, HR, or related field (Master's preferred). 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination, HR, or corporate relations (preferably in the education or training sector). Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of IT and cybersecurity job roles. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
