Prepare placement strategies and targets aligned with current market trends.
Guide and mentor students in resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills.
Collaborate with faculty for integrating training programs into the curriculum.
Manage internship opportunities and ensure completion and documentation.
Maintain placement records and provide regular reports to the management.
Coordinate with alumni to facilitate industry connections and mentorship.
Promote the institution's talent pool to potential recruiters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
4-5 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement or HR/Recruitment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in MS Office, placement management software, and digital communication tools.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
