Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify gaps and requirements
Design and develop engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
Placement:
Create job postings and work with HR staff to source qualified candidates
Assess candidates' skills and abilities, conduct screening interviews, and provide guidance on best practices
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and assist with onboarding new hires
Liaise with industries, government, and non-government organizations for placement opportunities
Industry Connections:
Establish and maintain relationships with companies and industries to facilitate placement drives
Identify potential employers and job opportunities for students or trainees
Coordinate with industry partners to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other placement events
Negotiate job offers and facilitate communication between employers and candidates
