to lead the placement and industry training activities at our private institute. The TPO will be responsible for building strong industry connections, organizing placement drives, enhancing students' employability, and supporting their career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate HRs, recruiters, and industry partners.
Identify and invite potential companies for campus recruitment drives and internships.
Coordinate the entire placement process including pre-placement talks, tests, interviews, and selection.
Monitor student performance in training and placement activities and provide feedback and counseling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, HR, or related field.
Experience:
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services (experience in academic institutions preferred).
Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of current hiring practices and industry demands.
Ability to organize events, workshops, and seminars.
Proficiency in MS Office and use of placement software or ERPs.
