Job Summary

We are looking for experienced, qualified, and dynamic Training & Placement Managers who will facilitate new & relevant clientele (corporates, organizations, etc.) for students' placements & internships that align with their career goals & aspirations. Training & Placement Managers have the key responsibility of strategizing & achieving successful career outcomes for students through robust campus recruitment processes.

Eligibility and Experience

1. Graduate / Master in any discipline


2. 2-5 years as a training & placement officer in a reputed college or university

Responsibility:

1. Identify and visit companies/ organizations for potential placement opportunities


2. Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, summer internships, and live projects.


3. Liaison with existing and potential employers and facilitate implementation of placement strategies


4. Receive a database of potential employers and add to it from your own contacts


5. Supervise the Placement Officers team by giving targets and monitoring achievements


6. Conduct in-house student counseling sessions & organize corporate engagement activities such as Guest lectures, Student training, Workshops, Conclaves, & more.


7. Willingness to travel as per requirement.

1. Excellent communication and networking skills, both written and verbal, & must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization.


2. Proven qualification, work experience & track record in excellent campus recruitment programs for university students.


3. Experience converting new clientele/accounts through structured market research & outreach.


4. Must be well-networked in the HR community, and have experience working with senior professionals with a track record of closing deals.

Salary :

Salary will be fixed after considering all the required criteria and as per the University norms
