Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven
Training & Placement Coordinator
who will manage end-to-end training coordination and placement activities. This role is critical in ensuring that students transition smoothly from training programs into internships, jobs, or career opportunities.
You will work closely with trainers, students, employers, and internal teams to drive
high training completion rates and successful placements
.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination
Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs (technical + soft skills).
Work with trainers to ensure curriculum alignment with industry requirements.
Track student attendance, progress, assessments, and feedback.
Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Placement & Industry Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners, startups, and companies.
Organize placement drives, interviews, campus hiring sessions, and virtual recruitment events.
Match trained candidates with suitable job and internship opportunities.
Coordinate interview schedules, communication, and follow-ups with employers.
Assist candidates with offer processing and onboarding support.
Career Readiness & Student Support
Guide students on resume building, interview preparation, and career planning.
Conduct or coordinate mock interviews and soft-skills sessions.
Provide career counseling to help students choose the right opportunities.
Data, Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of training batches, placements, and employer feedback.
Track key metrics: placement rate, employer engagement, student outcomes.
Prepare regular reports for management on training and placement performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, HR, Education, IT, Engineering
, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
Training & Placement, Career Services, HR, or Education Operations
(EdTech experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfort with online tools, spreadsheets, and basic data tracking.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,926.50 - ₹33,774.60 per month
